Amarilla de Lyon

Chard seeds for the Amarilla de Lyon produce a Blonde or Carde Blanche variety of Chard. The Lyon Yellow Chard is a variety with numerous large, erect, thick & tender leaves that are yellow/green in colour. This variety of chard has very good resistance to the cold weather and to bolting.

Sow from March until September and harvest one leaf at a time.

SOW: March - September direct to soil at a depth of 1-2cm.
QUANTITY: Each packet contains around 350+ seeds.
TRANSPLANT: Thinning after 6-8 weeks
DISTANCE: About 50cm between rows and 10cm between plants.
HARVEST: July - February
