The seeds for the Anellino Verde climbing bean should be sown direct to soil and not in a seed bed. The seeds are best sown from April (after the hardest frosts are over) right through until July with harvesting up until the end of September. As with a vast majority of climbing beans the Anellino Verde does not require too much watering until the pods start to form at which point the ground should be kept moist.
