Attrazione

Lettuce seeds for the Attrazione produce an early Italian butterhead lettuce that produces a compact head of smooth light-green leaves that are slightly curled. Resistant to heat and slow to bolt. The Italian name means 'attractive' and it has a great taste too! Sow March - May and harvest until October.

When buying the Attrazione lettuce, you have a choice of either a LARGE PACK of standard seed or a regular pack of coated 'jacket' seeds. These jacket seeds are only available for varieties that should be sown direct. The special neutral coating on each seed makes them more visible making the sowing of small seeds much easier and much more precise. This gives a reduction in the amount of seeds that you need to sow as correct placement will give you higher germination rates and less wastage.

Each packet of the Jacket Seeds contains an average of 100 seeds which will work out at around 3p for a fresh lettuce. Not bad.
