Asparagus seeds for the Blanco de Navarra produce an asparagus variety that is a delicacy of the Navarre region of northern Spain, often seen in cans but the fresh option is so much tastier! The plant produces thick fruit with a white compact quality head that can turn a light rose colour. Translated as 'White of Navarro'. Very prolific.
