Radish seed for the Candela di Fuoco, also known as Candle of Fire, produce a long, very tasty, red skinned radish with crisp white flesh that is very quick to mature and an essential for all types of salad. Sow the seeds directly into the ground from February right through until the end of September and you will be harvesting from March until late October. You will be able to have a continuous supply of fresh radish if you remember to stagger your sowing and leave a couple of weeks between each batch.

SOW: February - September direct into soil
QUANTITY: 10g of seed in each packet
TRANSPLANT: Thinning when the seedlings have a couple of leaves.
DISTANCE: Sow in a continuous line allowing 4-5g per 10 meters and 20cm between rows.
HARVEST: March - October
