Cucumber seeds for the Tondo Liscio produce an unusual variety that is a melon and cucumber cross. This makes the fruit very sweet tasting compared to normal cucumbers and gives the best of both worlds. The sweetness of the melon and the easier size of the cucumber. Sow February to June for harvest June to September.
