Cauliflower

Cauliflower can be grown from April until December and prefers rich organic soil. Cauliflower is very nutritious, and may be eaten cooked, raw or pickled. Keep the sun away from white heads by tying the large outer leaves over the developing head, so that flower buds develop white and tender. Avoid maturing in intense summer heat.
