Celeriac seed for this variety of celery produces a large, green/brown bulb that grows both in and out of the soil. This bulb contains many different essential oils, vitamins and minerals. It can be used for soups, sauces and salads and the green stems are especially tender.

When sowing the seeds should be left on top of the soil as they require light for germination. This means that they are better to be sown in a seedtray and transplanted when large enough to look after themselves and after the last of the frosts. They should be sowed during February until April with harvesting from September until November and even December.

QUANTITY: Each packet conatins around 300 seeds
THINNING: 6 - 8 weeks after planting
