Chervil (Anthriscus cerefolium) The Chervil is an annual herb that grows to around 30-40 cm. high with dark green leaves and white flowers. Similar to parsley but with a more delicate aroma. It is mainly used raw in culinary dishes, chopped in salads, soups and sauces.
SOW: suitable for continuous sowing during the Spring, outdoors. QUANTITY: 5 gr. of seed per sq. m. DISTANCE: plant close together, 20 cm between rows. |
