Herb Cinnamon Sweet Basil is a very aromatic variety of basil that has medium sized, dark green leaves and a fantastic smell of cinnamon. It is used very widely in cooking and adds a very good taste to many types of food, sauces, soups and salads.

Sow from March until the end of May and harvest the leaves and stems right through until October. This variety of basil is very happy grown in a pot and can be grown indoors to give you fresh basil all through the year.

Cinnamon Sweet Basil will adapt to nearly all types of soil but does hnot like weeds so keep the soil clean and prefers a slightly shady position out of the main heat of the sun.
