Tomato seed for the Costoluto Genovese produce an Italian heirloom tomato with large, ornamental, juicy, hearty, tasty fruit. Because of its unusual odd lobed shape of early nineteenth century varieties, it is often used for sauces and pastes where the skin is removed, but is often demonstrated at shows or used as a decoration in salads. Its outstanding taste means that it is the preferred variety for sauces.
