Radish Cumbre has a mellow flavour which is a little spicy so quite unusual for a radish. This is a variety that can be sown nearly all year round giving fresh radish for 12-months if you stagger your sowing and allow a couple of weeks between each group. When thinning allow about 5cm between each plant.

SOW: April - January direct into soil
QUANTITY: 15g of seed in each packet
TRANSPLANT: Thinning when the seedlings have a couple of leaves.
DISTANCE: Sow in a continuous line allowing 4-5g per 10 meters and 20cm between rows.
HARVEST: April - November
