Celery seed for the Da Taglio produce a seasoning celery without a large stalk. Da Taglio is even more aromatic and tasty than regular celery. Tasty leaves are used to flavour soups and stews, as well as being used in many gourmet dishes such as with fish. It may be dried by hanging upside down in a well-ventilated area.

SOW: March - June, broadcast in seedbeds, 0.5g per square meter, or direct to soil
QUANTITY: Each packet conatins around 6000 seeds
THINNING: When first 4-5 leaves show.
DISTANCE: about 0.4-meters between rows and 0.2 between plants.
HARVEST: September onwards, when the plants are 15-20cm high
