The Della Rocca Bruna onion has a large, round bulb that is flat at the top and bottom. It has a deep red skin and very bright white flesh. Sow during the months of February or October to harvest from July through August and into September.

SOW: February & October direct to the plot.
QUANTITY: 0.5gr of seed per square meter in rows aprroximately 2cm deep.
TRANSPLANT: Thin the seedlings allowing 15cm between each
DISTANCE: Rows set approximately 30cm apart.
HARVEST: July onwards
