Dill (Anethum graveolens) Annual plant, 70 cm high. It is used raw to aromatize salads and cucumbers for pickling. For distillation it gives a stimulating substance. Prefers a sunny position.
SOW: April-May in the open ground with 30 cm between rows; March in seed-bed.
QUANTITY: 5 gr. of seed per sq. m. of surface.
TRANSPLANT: during the Spring, 5 cm between plants, from sowing in the seed-bed. |
