Herb Dill is an annual plant that will grow up to around 70 cm in height. It is normally used raw to aromatize salads and cucumbers ready for pickling. It is also used, together with other herbs, as a flavouring in many types of dish. When planting Dill it is good to remember that it prefers a sunny position.

SOW: April-May in the open ground with 30 cm between rows; March in seed-bed.
QUANTITY: 5 gr. of seed per sq. m. of surface.
TRANSPLANT: during the Spring, 5 cm between plants, from sowing in the seed-bed.
