Tasty hybrid said to be as sweet as melon. Grows as a determinate bush to about 30cm so suits containers. Very resistant to mosaic virus, verticillium, fusarium and nematodes. Means "flask" in Italian - in its Puglia region, it is grown for a delicious sauce passata and, as not commonly grown commercially, it is a rare treat.

SOW: February - April under cover.
QUANTITY: Each packet contains around 12 seeds.
TRANSPLANT: Keep under cover or take outside once frosts have gone into a very sheltered position.
DISTANCE: Allow 50cm between plants.
HARVEST: August - October.
