Carrot seed for the Flakkee 2 produces a great variety of carrot for storage. It produces a large root that has a good, sweet taste. It is also known as De Colmar a Coeur Rouge. The Flakkee 2 should be sown from February to August for harvest May to December. With such a long growing period this is a very good variety of carrot for successional sowing.

SOW: February - August direct to field or under cover.
QUANTITY: Each packet contains 5g of seed (approximately 2000 seeds)
GERMINATION: Thinning after 4 - 6 weeks
DISTANCE: Sow in a continuous line at a depth of 1cm.
HARVEST: May - December
