Celery seed for the Gigante Dorato, which is also known as the Golden Giant or Giant Gilded, is a famous fine sweet celery of a beautiful golden yellow colour. Tasty raw for dipping and salads, or in a base for sauces, soups and casseroles. Can be blanched.

TRANSPLANT: 4 weeks
DISTANCE: about 0.5-meters between rows and 0.3-meters between plants.
