Parsnip Gladiator is an early and quickly maturing variety of parsnip with a good strong, crispy flesh and a silky, smooth skin. It has a sweet and aromatic flavour that is good either raw or cooked in soups and stews. Use it just like carrots and turnips.

The Gladiator parsnip seeds should be sown directly outside, in a half shady position, from March until May, sown at around 1cm depth. Germination should take between 20 and 40 days. This parsnip should be ready to harvest during October and November.

SOW: March - May direct to field
QUANTITY: Each packet contains approximately 120 seeds
GERMINATION: 3 - 6 weeks
DISTANCE: Sow at a depth of 1cm with the plants 10cm apart and rows 40cm apart
HARVEST: October - November
