The Grano de Oro is a variety of onion that produces a bulb with a copper toned skin, white flesh and with a good sweet flavour. As you can see these should be grown allowing around 15cm between each plant as the bulbs can weigh around 170g each. Sow during January and February with harvesting during the months of August and September.

QUANTITY: Approximately 1500 seeds per pack
TRANSPLANT: 8-weeks
DISTANCE: Rows set approximately 40cm apart leaving 15cm between each plant
HARVEST: August onwards
