Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis)

Perennial plant, 50 cm. high. The tops are used in the pharmaceutical industry and in the manufacture of liqueurs. The leaves are used to aromatize sauces and in many dishes. The plant is suitable for all types of grounds but prefers a good exposure to the light.

SOW: March-April in a seed-bed under glass.
QUANTITY: 1 gr. of seed per sq. m.
TRANSPLANT: in a seedbed during the Autumn.
DISTANCE: 35-40 cm between rows; 20-25 cm between plants. Harvest from June.
