Lettuce seeds for the La Resistente produce a very resilient and hardy butterhead lettuce that is quite slow to bolt. This variety of lettuce have fine soft leaves that are a very strong green in colour and full of flavour. We find this an ideal variety of lettuce for using in many types of dishes as the softer leaves allow themselves to be easily rolled.
