Tomato seeds for the Marglobe produce a very popular round tomato with an excellent flavour. This is a good producer and quite an early variety that will really get the taste buds going and will still be producing into late August.
Semi-determinate variety, it is still advisable to support due to the amount of large fruit. Named after its ancestors, the Marvel and Globe types, when developed in 1917. Vigorous heirloom is the predecessor of many hybrid varieties and resists many diseases such as verticillium, fusarium, blight and blossom end rot. Lovely round fruit with excellent flavour and suited to slicing. Highly sought after.


SOW: February - March under cover or direct to plot.
