It is well known that Italian cooking combines simplicity with the use of fresh, natural ingredients to create a mouth-watering array of tasty easy to prepare dishes. This is a really special gift pack for the gardener who loves to cook and eat what is grown.

We have put together 'The Big Book of Italian Cooking', which contains more than 700 classic recipes, and 5 packets of Italian herbs and vegetables; Roma tomato, Fine leaved basil, Tonda di Chioggia beetroot, .. & .

The Big Book of Italian Cooking is a large and heavy hardback that will take pride of place on any chef's bookshelf. The contents are divided into ingredients with over 400 colour photographs. Recipes have been compiled by a team of six Italian food writers working in Tuscany and than carefully tested and adapted so that non-Italian cooks can prepare them with ease in their kitchens at home. Each recipe has been graded according to simplicity and most also include a wine suggestion for a complete culinary experience.
