The Milan Mix is a selection of various sprouting seed varieties that has been specially selected to give a strong italian taste and contains such varieties as Mung Beans, Radish and Wheat seeds. This is really a very good tasting mixture and not only that but again (as with the German mix) it looks really good with the great splash of colour as well as the varieties give a really good texture to your plate.
