The Onward Pea is a vigorous, bush variety of pea that produces a really well formed, pale green, wide & long pod with an average of 6-8 medium sized peas each. Ideally sown directly into the ground during the months of October to March the plant will grow to around 60cm in height and be ready to harvest from March onwards.

We supply some of our varieties of beans and peas in large 250gm boxes. The Onward is one of them so you are on to a real winner with this as it is not just a really good variety of pea but you also get a lot of 'pea for your pound'.

QUANTITY: Each packet contains 250gms approximately 700 seeds.

DISTANCE: about 0.6-meters between rows and 5cm between plants.
