Tomato seed for the Padano can be sown directly outside during May however it will want a seltered position and in direct sunlight. If you don't fancy sowing the seeds direct then pop them in a seedbed from February right through until May, the seedlings can then be thinned and/or transplanted from April until June and the fruit harvested from June through until late September. If the weather has been mild and holds then fruit can be harvested until early October.

The Pasano is a Determinate/Bush/Compact (D) variety of tomato.
