Cauliflower Palla di Neve is an early cauliflower variety with compact pure white, medium sized heads and small leaves, which will stand in good condition, even in the cold. This cauliflower is also known as the Snowball. Sow May - July outdoors or earlier indoors.

SOW: May - July under cover or direct to plot at a depth of 1-2cm
QUANTITY: Each packet conatins around 700 seeds
THINNING/TRANSPLANTING: June - August
DISTANCE: about 0.7-meters between rows and 0.5-meters between plants.
HARVEST: October - November
