Parsley Bardowicker not only gives leaves that can be cut all year round but a fine root that can be harvested. The root is best harvested from June until November and stores very well if allowed to dry for a few days before storing. The parsley root can be used in many different ways including frying, in soups and mixed with potatoes.

SOW: February - May direct to soil at a depth of 1-2 cm
QUANTITY: Each packet contains around 800 seeds
TRANSPLANT: Germination takes 15-30 days at 10-20C
DISTANCE: Allow a minimum of 6cm between plants and 30cm between rows.
HARVEST: June - November for the root and harvest leaves all year round.
