Seeds for the Mavras F1 will produce a sweet pepper that is quite happy being grown in containers or in the open and is great being both stuffed or eaten raw. This is a very productive variety of pepper that will ripen from a purple to a great looking shiny dark red. As the seed is a light germinator is should be sown at a depth of around 0.5mm but not covered. Germination should then take around 20-30 days.

SOW: February - April under cover but seeds are a light germinator so plant lightly.
QUANTITY: 5-6 plants per pack.
TRANSPLANT: Do not put outside until late May, once the plants have hardened off.
DISTANCE: Best grown in pots but if transplanting then allow around 50cm per plant.
HARVEST: June - October
