Seeds for the Ice Age will produce a really high yielding pepper with a juicy, sweet taste. The skin colour will change from almost white to orange and the pepper can be eaten raw, cooked or even pickled at any stage. As with a vast majority of peppers, the Ice Age likes the full sun and plenty of healthy soil.

SOW: February - April under cover
QUANTITY: 5 - 7 plants per pack.
TRANSPLANT: Do not put outside if below 17C.
DISTANCE: Best grown in pots but if transplanting then allow around 40cm per plant.
HARVEST: June - October
