Raf tomato seeds are originally from southern Spain where they are known as a very traditional large winter tomato variety. Many people think that the Raf tomato is at it's best when still lightly tinged with green. The tomato is traditionally matured whilst still on the vine allowing them to develop the maximum taste and sweetness. Given their large size (growing up to 200gms), the Raf tomato is ideal for both slicing and even stuffing.
