Celeriac seeds for this variety produce a celeriac that is also known as turnip rooted celery. Bianco del Veneto or di Verona celeriac is originally from the Venice area and has a large, round root with crispy white flesh. The variety has good bolt resistance and can be stored for Winter use. Celeriac is great in soups, stews and as a puree.
