Herb Rue is a perennial plant growing to around 80 cm high. Evergreen, with smooth leaves and small yellow flowers. It has an intense and bitter fragrance. The whole dried plant is used to aromatize the Italian drink Grappa. It is also used in medicine. It can be propagated by dividing the old crowns. It prefers a sunny position.

SOWING: seedbed in Spring.
TRANSPLANTATION: July-August.
DISTANCE: 60 cm between rows; 40 cm between plants.
