Runner bean seeds for the Preisgewinner produce a very adaptable variety of runner bean as it performs very well in all soil types especially the types of soil that normally will not produce good beans. Therefore if you are not blessed with deep soil or plenty of organic matter then don't worry as this bean will crop for you. The pods will grow to between 25 - 30cm in length. Sow between May and June to harvest from July until September. The plant will grow to around 2.5-meters in height.
