Cabbage seeds for the Savoy Aubervilliers produce a Spanish savoy cabbage with short stems and fine, ruffled, blue-green leaves. The medium sized, dense head is resistant to bolting so warmer weather is not a major problem. This Savoy cabbage should be sown from June to September and harvested October to February.
