Salsify Hoffmans is a variety of salsify that is regarded as the best 'red' variety grown. With the unusual colour this variety is commonly grated onto salads to give an extra, unusual, taste to your creation.

SOW: March - April direct into soil, 2-3 cm deep.
QUANTITY: Packet contains approximately 140 seeds
TRANSPLANT: Germination 10-20 days at 8-20C.
DISTANCE: about 20cm between plants and 30cm between rows.
HARVEST: September - March
