Broccoli seeds for the Senza Testa all Ollio produce an unusual variety of broccoli as it grows without a head. It is very versatile and produces mild green but very tasty leaves. Once picked these can be sauteed, braised, steamed, boiled, stir fried or used as a baby leaf in salads. Can be used as a catch crop.
