Sorrel is a fantastic perennial herb with juicy stems and leaves that is tolerant to cold conditions. Sorrel is still quite rare in the UK vegetable plot but it is getting more popular due to gourmet cooking and the fact that it adds some real taste when puréed and added to soups and sauces and goes very well in omelettes and when added to salads.

This is a fast growing variety with abundant leaves.
