Spinach seeds of the Bordeaux variety will produce a babyleaf spinach with dark green leaves and great red stems. Can be used in either salads or cooked as spinach. Why not sow this spinach variety in pots or boxes and harvest as a babyleaf or grow direct in your plot with planting from March onwards.
