The Matador is a variety of spinach that produces medium dark green leaves which are ideal wahen wanting to add spinach to a salad or just when you fancy a little spinach for dinner. Growing in around 50 days this is a great spinach variety for both crop rotation and to use as a catch crop. The Matador is one of the better spinach varieties when it comes to the cold and it does stand well during the coldest of the winter months.
