Tarragon is a perennial herb growing to between 80 and 100 high, with erect stem, very branched, yellowish flowers. It is a hairless plant with an intense and pleasant scent like celery and fennel. The leaves and the flowers are used in the preparation of salads and sauces.

SOW: March-April in soil.
QUANTITY: 2 gr. of seed per sq. m.
DISTANCE: 50 cm between rows.
