Special Variety! Determinate and vigorous medium early San Marzano type variety from Sibari in southern Italy. Tomato seeds for the Sibari produce an unusual long, pointed cylindrical tomato with an excellent flavour and a fruit that will grow up to 120g in weight. Each tomato will be completely red when mature, easy to pick and suitable for mechanical harvesting. Good for both eating fresh or processing and the flesh is ideal for drying, so no excuse for growing plenty of plants. In fact the area of Sibari is famous for these dried tomatoes! Resistant to Verticillium and Fusarium 2.
