Chicory seeds for the Variegata di Chioggia, also known as Palla Rossa or Rossa di Chioggia, produce an early small heading type of chicory with green leaves in the summer, turning variegated, red and white, during the coming of the winter. It should be planted in late summer for an autumn and early winter crop.

SOW: July - August direct to soil or under cover
QUANTITY: Each packet contains around 7000 seeds
TRANSPLANT: 4-6 weeks
DISTANCE: When thinning/transplanting leave 30cm between plants & 40cm between rows.
HARVEST: November - January
