Aubergine seeds for the Violetta Lunga di Napoli produce an aubergine that can be harvested earlier than many varieties and gives a long, cylindrical and smooth dark violet fruit. It has compact flesh with very few seeds that makes this variety withstand most handling and is easy to peel. Ideal for ratatouille or baked and stuffed, even on pizza.
