Cauliflower seeds for the Violetto di Sicilia produce a medium late variety of cauliflower originally from Sicily with a striking purple head and a fine sweet flavour. Healthy minerals give it the cauliflower the purple colour which will turn green when cooked. (Violet Sicilian). Insect-resistant variety.
